Ask a Question

Here's a Genius idea.  Why not allow people with FFC attachments to run them on their Bobcat, Case, Kubota, Takeuchi, Gehl or Mustang Skid Steer Loaders?  This adapter does just that.  Just plug one end into your loader and plug the other into your attachment equipped with an 8 pin Delphi Metripak connector.  Turn on your machine and get to work.  This is another Genius product.  The best ideas at the best prices.

Note:  Also works with Kubota, New Holland, Case, Gehl, JCB/Volvo, Takeuchi & Yanmar loaders.

Note:  Bobcat, Case, Kubota, Takeuchi, Gehl or Mustang 14 Pin outputs 6 switched ports.  Caterpillar/ASV/Terex only outputs 4 ports.  You will notice that this adapter has 5 pins installed.  Up/Down & Left/Right are all that is available.  Adapter is meant to be used for Snowblowers, Harley Rakes, Dozers, V-Plows, Tilt Tach Controls, etc.

You will need a different adapter for Cold Planers because they require 6 outputs.  Cold Planers will not electrically work on Cat 8 pin because Cat uses two extra hydraulic functions where others use electrical.

  • I’m trying to find an adapter to go from a machine side Caterpillar to a bobcat 7 PIn on a Harley rake

    A few questions:

    Caterpiller Machine - A, B or C series with an 8 Pin
    OR
Caterpiller Machine - D series with an 14 Pin

Harley Rake is a brand made by Paladin.  Is that what you mean?
    OR
Bobcat Lanscape Rake made by Bobcat?

  • Looking into buying a Bradco mm60 mulcher it has a 14 pin and I have a 7 pin on a Bobcat T750. What are my options?

  • Will this work on a Gehl Gen2 V270 skidloader to a edge snowblower?

The Gehl should have a 14 pin on it.  I have no clue what was ordered on your Edge snowblower but the product is meant for an FFC product.  Perhaps a photo and then I can see what you are looking at.

  • Will this work on a John Deere 323E skid steer to angle a FFC Harley Rake

Yes, but you need to move the ground pin to A from B in the 14 pin connector.  I always recomment moving the machine one from A to B and then your machine will be universal and you won;t be stuck buying JD attachments made by Paladin.  You can just buy them online for a lot less money.

  • I have a customer with a Bobcat skid steer and I am looking for a harness to adapt his skidsteer to a LMC snow blower. Would you have a harness for that?

This is the most popular way of doing it.

  • I did write to you before this is Erick from Briggs Paving we have a skid steer cat 236D I will send you pictures of the machine and we need to hook up a Planer ffc model LAF5824-E903 We locking to buy a adaptor to run the miler machine with that cat skid steer And activate the hi flow 8453926058 Or text any time Thanks

The planers can be ordered with the correct harness from FFC.  If you cannot get one, this will work if it is the newer style with the rectangle connector located near the end of the harness.  If so, you do need to move pin G to A and H to J on our harness.  Also if it is high flow, you will need to add a high flow jumper so your machine will switch on HF.  If it is an XHP, you need a jumper from B to N.  If it is an XPS, you need a jumper from B to K.  If you install a K jumper, never use this in any other brand of machine because they use Pin K for power so you will short out the machine and blow your fuse.  You can thank all of the machine manufacturers for conspiring to make this so difficult. They know what they are doing.

  • I have a 2023 newholland c362 that i would like to use with boncat, cat and deere attachments what do you have for this.

I will need an exact list of the attachments and machines with models to figure this out. I will prepare a spreadsheet.

  • I purchased the ffc inline plug. My snowblower only has a 4 pin connector with 4 wires rather than a 8 pin Delphi connector with 7 wires. Can you provide a wiring diagram show which wires go where?

Can you send us a photo of your plug on the snow blower?  What is the brand since this connector is for FFC only?

  • JCB 3TS8T 14 pin to 1male 1female at the broom attachment

    How about this?  CLICK HERE

  • Will this fit a 2017 Paladin planer 8 pin connector to JD 333 14 pin

Yes, but you will need to install the ground in the A position since JD moves it from the universal position B to A.  I always suggest that you move it in your machine and make your machine Universal instead of messing with it on every attachment.

  • need an ffc cold planer adaptor that is 8 pin delphi to cat 299D 14 pin style connector with 9 pins used in the machine harness.

This will work except you need to move G to A and H to J.  It will not be pretty operating this on a Cat because two of the controls are up on the left console.  You also need to add the high flow jumper if the planer is high flow rated.  Otherwise that 299 won't let the high flow circuit turn on.

I actually think you should buy this harness because it has the jumper imbedded inside the connector.  Then you could install it and move the two controls at the same time.  That is a much cleaner install.

  • I have a cat 259D and want to hook up a Erskine snowblower that has a 7 pin plug. What adapter do I need?

When you say 7 pin plug.  Do you mean a trailer adapter?  They are famous for using non-standard plugs.  If so, you can chop it off and install a proper 14 pin connector.

Or you can change the harness.  Just make sure you double check the connectors goig to the solenoids.

  • I have a jcb skid loader and bought a toro snow blower and need a wiring adapter

I have never heard of a Toro snow blower (Mini) which would run on a full sized skid steer.  I will need photos and maybe an owners manual to see what you are trying to do.

  • Will sg-bc14-ffc work from deere333e to ffc snow blower

Yes, but it will be pinned out for old Bobcat style pinned machines.

  • Will this work on my Deere 333g skid steer to run a ffc snow blower

Yes, but you should move the ground pin in your machine from A to B to make it universal.  If not, you need to add the jumper in the connector to jump A & B.
